I signed up for a consulting package from Top Schools. The more I tried to research it myself, the more I realised that some early decisions can open or close doors later on. Spray and pray applications is not necessary a smart approach...but I didn't have all the information. After my our first meeting, I felt a lot more in control of the process. My consultant definitely gave me info that I wouldn't have got researching the web and she even went above and beyond to get me a viewing of a school that doesn't do viewings. Could I have muddled through myself? Probably - but I thought it was a relatively modest price to pay to get more intelligence for a decision that will have such a big impact on my daughter's next 10 years. Highly recommended .
